I am creating a faculty/staff directory in UDT. To get the project going, I am initially creating each faculty record; but next I will need to give permission to faculty members to edit their own records. Each professor (or their support staff) will eventually be given a username and expected to maintain their own information.

I know that the person who created the record is the one who can edit it. Which means that I need to find a way of changing each "created by" field from my own username to that of the newly assigned faculty user. Although I am able to view the name of the user who created the record (in this case, my own), I can't find a way of editing or changing it.

P.S. Upgrading to Form and List, unfortunately, is not an option. I don't know if doing this would be easier with F&L.

Any ideas would be very welcome.
