Good Morning!
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with a huge issue that I am facing. I have a lot of files in the files module that are in a folder with the role "Members" selected, I also have other folders with files in them marked for specific roles that are applied to different users. When a person tries to access these pages they get an error page, instead of an error page I want the user to be directed to the login page. I don’t see any option for this in the files module.

If a person is not logged in to our site when they click on the file it takes them to an error page that says...

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /DOTNETNUKE/LinkClick.aspx

Server Error in '/DOTNETNUKE' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Does anyone know how to like a folder that is members only to the login page?
I want the names/ links to be viewable when not logged in but when the person clicks on the link I want them to be relocated to the login instead of the error page.

Please help! Any idea would be very much appreciated! Thanks! Have a great day!

You would have to restrict access to each page via its security setting.  If a user is not logged in, and unregistered users do not have access to a page, DNN will redirect them to a login page.  Since I would imagine the number of pages is going to be large, you would probably want to do this programatically when the page is created.
