I'm running 5.2.3

Host -> Modules

Action Drop Down -> Create New Module

And than I get this error

 DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DNN\DesktopModules\Admin\Extensions\Editors\EditModuleDefinition.ascx.vb(635): error BC30456: 'Controls' is not a member of 'Skins'. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DNN\DesktopModules\Admin\Extensions\Editors\EditModuleDefinition.ascx.vb(635): error BC30456: 'Controls' is not a member of 'Skins'. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CompileWebFile(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.ControlUtilities.LoadControl[T](TemplateControl containerControl, String ControlSrc) at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleHost.LoadModuleControl() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

it looks like not all code files have been upgraded properly. I suggest re-unzipping all files from upgrade package to the server

 Is there a specific one I should do that maybe had this fix in it that I didn't run?

It's happening on my production server....

So I took my local instance which was a few versions back and copied all the files from "DotNetNuke_Community_05.02.03_Upgrade"

And it does the exact same thing

So just for the heck of it I re-downloaded "DotNetNuke_Community_05.02.03_Upgrade" and copied it over and still I get the same error...

 I also get a bunch of these if I try to compile the site

Error 220 'GetSkin' is not a member of 'DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.SkinController'.

\admin\Portal\SiteSettings.ascx.vb 97

I checked the DotNetNuke assembly version 5.2.3.74  and I don't see that method in there
