My upgrade was successfull, I created new module using using Starter Kit, rename all those things to be renamed, then when I go to Host-ModuleDefinitions Page, clicked Create New Module, the Page goes BLANK: see below:

You are here:   Host > Module Definitions

It should be like this, like what I had on my Fresh Install of 5.2.3

You are here:   Host > Module Definitions

Create New Module

Create New Module

    Cancel

What do you think happened? The Upgrade is Successful though, but  I have to create new module... I already did the manual creation on the Source. Please help....

create new module is working on localhost only and now has a new selection (from control, from manifest, new). Have you been faced with this selection?

yes, I've seen the selections.. I also tried to open the site on the localhost but still the page is blank.... I've seen the selection on the other server but I used Fresh Install on that.

This server that i'm mentioning, i just upgraded it from 4.9.5 to 5.2.3, i've checked all the modules and they're functioning well. Just this part... it really is weird...

This is a known issue in 4.9.5 to 5.2.x upgrades and is fixed in version 5.3.0 that is a day or so away from release

Bug is here:

I upgraded from 4.9.5 to 5.5.0 last night and I'm having this same problem.  Module Definitions pages blank.
