Using VWD on Windows XP Pro

Double click on this DotNetNuke_Community_05.02.03_StarterKit.vsi returns the error message: "Installation stopped because the directory for the ProjectType value did not exist.  The project type is invalid for your installation of Visual Studio."

I have tried creating the directories manually:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic
G:\Visual Studio 2008\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic

None of these work. I ran the process moniter and I received these errors:
