I have a form that submits an email. When I open the "Form and List Configuration", in the "Tracking and Notification Settings" in the  form there is a "To:" email address. I need to know where the "From" email address gets populated.

from is populated by default from email address of the admin user, specified in Admin :: SiteSettings. Version 5.1.2 of the module will allow you to specify from and replyTo addresses as well.

I see that these fields are now available in 5.1.2 but I don't seem to be able to use a token in them. I'd like the ReplyTo address to the email address of the user submitting the form. I tried using [User:Email] and it says "Tracking/Notification issue: Field row:ReplyHere is either not a valid source for email adresses or it was not found inside fields definitions." Next tried creating an email field called ReplyAddress, assigned the default value of [User:Email] and then tried putting [row:ReplayAddress] in the ReplyTo field. Same error.

It is simply [ReplyAddress], same as for the to, cc or bcc fields. It is at least described in the inside help of the to field.
