Hey Guys, I am implementing DNN here at our company.

I want my publishers to only change the content in each sub-page and not have to mess with layouts. Also I want all our sub-pages uniform for each section we have.

How do I create templates for sub-pages so they are all populate with the same images/banners but only the content can be changed?

Thanks

Yes, you can give people edit rights on content but not admin rights (to change the skin)

i have a simular question, we have someone who will be only working on member administration, both in DNN and our contacts database from before.

is there a way to give her only the right to edit user information, but not mess with the rest of de site?

thanks in advance!

Yes (in DNN 5)

Create a role for the user editors.

Create a new page

Add the users module to that page.

Grant edit rights on the page to the User Editors role.
