Yes, I finally got my site migrated over and it is up and running (http://pcresourcesllc.com/).  I was able to get assigned to a "Business Support Manager" and that seemed to help speed the process up a little bit.  I will be writing up a more detailed post on what steps I took to manually migrate my site to the new site hopefullly by this weekend.  I just did not want to post any instructions until I was sure everything worked using the steps I posted. Was thinking about using another customer of mine as a test migration using the steps, but sounds like the instructions could be very helpful so I will go ahead and put the post together without running them through a "test" migration.
