I added the below to containers.css:

TD{ color:white; background-color:transparent;}

I was able to change the survey text to white. But now the menu text is also white. Is it possible to keep the menu text black and the survey text white?

That's because it's inside the TD. Do as I suggested above using the Container.css file.

Do you know the truth when you hear it?

Hmm...I added .Normal{ color:white;} as you advised but still couldn't get the text in the poll to show. You can see what I mean at harmotion.com

This is a common problem. It is because your style should be more specific than just TD, so if you would use: ".somecontentpaneclass TD" then you will not have problems in the menu. Also, if you would like the style to work only on the poll, then you should use an appropriate css class that is in de module.css of the poll.

Look here for a similar discussion I had with robaxx: http://forums.asp.net/thread/1206814.aspx
