Hi,

We are going to have a web shop solution on our portal (using DNN 4.9.5).  Want to know any known web shop that is optimal/compatible with DNN?

Short description on what we want:

Process.
* A User identifies him self.
* The user must be able to choose products based on his <profile>.
* When the user selects one product, the user must also be able to select other allowed products that belongs to the main product.
    (Eksample) Selected product is DELL PC -> subselections -> Dell Monitor and Dell Printer and so on.
* Puts the selected products into a basket (shopping?).
* User comfirms the order.

<Profile>
* The user belongs to one company and within one company there might be sepearte groups. One user belongs to one group within the company.
* One user in one group must not see products that other groups/companies has.

We do not need a payment system. An admin user should be able to retrieve all registered bookings in the quarter. The products will vary from client to client, so users see their respective products as the client they belong.

Don you have any recommendations on known web shop (3.party module) which is good.

Thanks,

Regards,

Thaya

Catalook (search for it on the snowcovered.com marketplace) is one webstore for DNN that does offer the ability to make 'configurable' products, similar to what you've specified. I'm not sure about the role-based permissions for purchasing products; you might email their support team via the snowcovered.com to find out for sure. Catalook is a beast of a module, though. Lots of configuration options that can at times be very confusing, and support documentation is difficult to wade through. Expect some ramp-up time for learning how to use it effectively.
