I need to create something like this:

First page: User can select one of the 4 radio buttons and click submit.

Second page: Basing on the option the user selects, the user will be shown a page with the terms and conditions (different for the 4 pages). The user has to agree to with the terms and conditions.

Third page: Once the user agrees with the terms, the user will now see page where he/she can enter all his details(like name, address, contact no etc). All these details will be saved in the database.

What is the best way to do this? Any suggestions?

Thanks,
GR

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to do this in DNN at all?

If yes, can anyone please let me know the best way to approach this?

the only option I know of is creating a custom module using asp.net wizard framework - but maybe 3rd party modules like FormsMaster from datasprings include this feature.
