Hello,

I am using DNN 4.9.5 and not ready to upgrade yet.  I have an issue with the File Manager.  It gives me access to the "root portal" but not true access to my site.  I have www.abc.com/site/portals/0/fleet as the folder I need access to via the file manager so I can link uploaded files for users to download.  Can someone help me with this.

Thanks,
Rickey

I don't understand what your issue actually is? The file manager won't let you access that folder you reference?

if a folder doesn't show up in Filemaneger in Admin (!) menu, you should perform a recursive sync of the file system in top right corner of the module. you should also make sure having enabled auto-sync near the bottom of host settings page.
