Wondering if anyone can help me figure this error out. I noticed it after the host reset permissions on the site's folder.  They confirmed that " IWPD user have the correct permissions."  Snapsis PageBlaster was installed.  I'm getting the same error after reverting to the default DNN provider.

Thanks, Chris.  Looks like I was searching the wrong area because this was a fresh install and not an upgrade.  Moving my comments to the thread that you referenced.
