I have 2 seperate websites pointing to 1 database.  One is the development site, and one is the live site.  When I add a page on the development site, it does not show up on the live site until I add a new page on the live site.  I.E. when I go to admin->pages on the development site, it shows, but admin->pages on the live site does not show.  How can this be resolved so that when I add a page on the development site, it shows up on the live site.

I strongly suggest not to share a database between multiple installations, this is NOT a supported configuration. Database should be tied to a single DNN installation, which will clear the cache upon adding a page and display all pages properly.
