is there a way to fix this??? I have already gone in the sql and changed the home directory but that didn't work and the site settings still read the custom directory. that's kind of flaw on dnn's part to have an option that breaks the portal.

ok after giving up on this for the two portals we setup this way. I've setup at least 4 more portals and I'm having the same problem. The file manager is empty and does not show folders on the left.
