Upgrade Complete

It seems Messagging and Taxonomy modules had errors( i don't care about it because i don't use it, i neither know what they are). But i'm worried because of this line :

00:00:02.015 -   Executing Application Upgrades: 05.03.00 Error!

Should I be worried about that? Should i restore and redo upgrade? Thanks
