I appreciate the quick replies, but I changed the container to an older version and may have fixed the problem. (as of this post)

We updgraded to DNN 5x but we are using a skin that was designed for DNN 4x (management decision), it may have been the cause of the error here. If not I will keep testing and post an update if anything changes.

Not sure if this last post went through, I got a DNN error....

The e-mails were just delayed, still having the same issue. Might re-install Form and List to see if that fixes the bug.

 OK, so we removed the 5.1.1 F&L and re-installed with v 5.1.2.....re-created the form and.............bug gone!

Currently on: DNN 5.3.1 > Form and List 5.1.2
