We are building a form and list that is basically used to manage stock in a shop. All is going well so far, however when a product is sold the client does not want to go into "edit" for a record every time, to update an item as sold. What would be perfect would be a "tick box"  on the list itself that can easily clicked on to update that record.

We have also got a similar request from a different client on a totally different job, so we are wondering if this is something that is already there and we are just missing it.

Regards

James from untitledtm.com

There is no such option, this would require a custom data type.
