I am looking for a module that allows for a purchase description to be entered with risks and benefits and then allows selected users to log on and approve the purchase with some sort of digital signature.  The purchase approval would then need to be printed out.

Any ideas of something like this out there.

For example the manager may put up a purchase description "buy a new computer - cost $1,500" then the chair of the trust board could log on and enter a code to give approval to this purchase.

It would probably also be nice to be able to upload a quote or two as part of the description.

Yeah anyway this would be a useful module to a number of organistations if it doen't already exist.

I agree with Mitch that this will probably have to be a custom module of some kind.  Without knowing all of the details, this sounds like it might be easily doable with a product like Xmod/Xmod-Pro.
