Hi,

I think it is a bug.

When DotNetNuke.Services.ModuleCache.PurgeModuleCache.DoWork() is called,
the HttpContext, in the GetActivePortalLanguage function, is nothing, so the line:

If Not HttpContext.Current.Request.QueryString("language") Is Nothing Then

throw an exception.

Looks like wait for 5.4.1, hopefully it's not a month away.
