Thanks for the quick response Gilles!

Sorry, you're correct. I'm running 02.01.32.

From the "Host Settings" page: The DotNetNuke application version you are running 04.08.04

At this point, I've cleared all cookies on firefox. Now, when I click checkout, it just comes right back to the same cart page. Still working on clearing IE cookies to test behavior on that browser. Thanks.

edit: Have verified the same behavior on IE8 -- clicking checkout just reloads the cart page.

well,  You are right after the 2.01.32 upgrade the first error i was getting went away after I unchecked the encrypted box..  Troube is I am now getting that error I posted about a new error when you click checkout.  In version 2.01.30 it would take me to the conformation page then to paypal (which was erroring) but now it just throws that critical error.  You can check it out for yourself at www.johnwaynehoney.com  we are a small family honey buiness just trying to get our product on line and you have done a great amount of work for the DNN community.  Thank you.  Please advise on how to get this error corrected.

Hi Wayne,

I have registered to your web site (Ploum - Gilles Le Pigocher), please add my account to the SuperUser account list. I will have a look at your settings. Send me an email (glepigocher AT yahoo.fr) when it will be done.

Gilles

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Hi Evan,

I do not understand what you mean in your last edit? Sorry, but I'm French and sometimes it's not so easy to understand. Is it woking now with IE8 or not? It should because I use IE8 for my development and FF nly for double check. Does your web site is accessible from outside? If yes send me your url, I will have a look.

Gilles

Gilles,

Again, thanks for the response.

The store checkout is not working on IE8 and it is not working on FF.

Here is the store: http://www.bluewood.com/PIN/Tickets/S...

  1. Add an item to the cart
  2. Click checkout
  3. It just returns to the same page, not going to the checkout page

Thanks!
