 Hello,

I am new to DotNetNuke. I have developed one website using DotNetNuke on my Development PC. Now I want to move it to the production server. When I do this as we usually do with ASP.NET, it does not work. However, I have copied the same DB and application to the production server. Can anybody have idea where I am doing mistake? It is very important for me to make this working asap. Is there any extra setting required in Database on product server so that it work?

However, If I do this created new database on production server, it works fine. But I want data from my development PC for my developed website.

Thanks.

We need to see the actual issues you are having, more than its just not working. Typically, I develop locally and create all my changes as installable packages (modules/providers/skins, ie Extensions). Then, I setup a clean dnn install in production and install everything through the interface.
