Upon clicking a banner that is set to use the built-in clickthrough.aspx file I get this error:

I read another post talking about FCKEditor errors on 5.4 stating that it has to do with inhereting from Framework.PageBase and changes that were made in DNN 5.4 framework that basically include removing a Try/Catch block yada yada yada... now Banners don't work for me.

I post this in hopes that others will also post their 5.4 woes related to this same issue and we can get a fix relatively quickly, simply saying, "Yeah, we know, we did it on purpose." just isn't going to work. (Please excuse the attitude that comes with that statement.) I appreciate the work and don't mean to discount that at all, just sayin...& trying to raise awareness of a possible show stopping problem.

Thanks all!

Josh

Yes, this is the same issue which affects certain .aspx pages of the FCKEditor, the Gallery module, etc. It is my understanding that  DotNetNuke 5.4.1 is being pushed out quickly - maybe this week - to fix this and a few other issues.

Thank you for the update Bill, it's good to hear that it is already being worked on.

It is appearently causing the same issue with other AJAX modules such as Ventrian's Simple Gallery and Bring2Mind's Document Exchange. Hopefully the DNN core team will get this back on track.
