After Upgrade from 5.3.1 to 5.4.0 I get this message. No source so can't debug.

It looks like youare missing the DLL that is used to add this functionality.  Are you sure that all upgrade files copied successfully?

There were no installation errors. I had already tried to place the dll's in the bin folder without success. I am aware it can't find the dll's but why? I have restarted the site, IIS, recycled the App pool.

I found that WebFormsMvp.dll was missing from the bin folder. It loads fine now.
