Can someone tell me what I need to change to move the navbar to the right pane. In the skin I am trying to move the table containg the navbar to the right pane but when I do so I get an error. I realize something else in the code needs to be changed. I am trying to create vertical navigation in the right pane.

Patrick,

Can you provide some more info on the nature of the error? Also what version of DNN are you using and what's the name of the skin?

If you're making changes to the .ascx file for the skin, the only thing you need to move is the piece of code that looks like this: <dnn:NAV runat="server" id="dnnNAV"  ProviderName="DNNMenuNavigationProvider" IndicateChildren="false" ControlOrientation="Horizontal" CSSControl="mainMenu" />. Wherever you place this is where the navigation will show up (this was taken from the minimalextropy skin from DNN5 so it might not be exactly what you see).

Regards,

Rick.

Hi Patrick,

I think you are using Solpart Menu.

Can you provide the code for the "table containg the navbar" ??

So that we shall solve the problem.

Thanks
