The DNN module works 90% of what my client wants to do but needs some customization. The module now allows you to charge a fee to register for an event then uses the PayPal gateway to process the payment. He'd like to ask for some information from the user upon registering, display a waiver and refund policy. Additionally he wants to simply collect all the credit card information, store it in a database, display it in a grid view, and then process the credit card manually using his Point of Sale system, then delete the data for that user.
