What if i do not have a backup of the web config?? Is there another alternative to this?? I cant seem to find my old web.config file, so I dont have the validation key with me. If I try with a fresh install, it does not help! Anyone can help me out??

Melrine, check inside the Config folder, for every upgrade of the version a backup of web.config is stored in this folder. May be this will be useful to u. Anyway please take backup before upgrading.
Thanks,
Chitra D.
