Can we Upload New Articles in Article Module with the same Description - i.e Blurb Section ?

i.e Say article EntryID : 50 having description / blurb as "Hello"

and now i want to create a new article  EntryID : 51 having the same description / blurb as "Hello"

Will a new article will be created with the same description as entryID as 50 ?

i.e is it necessary that every article should have a different description i.e description has to be unique ?
