Previous to DNN including the radeditor, relative paths for links, urls and images/media was easy to configure. In fact, I think it did it by default. Since the new provider from DNN Corp (a very generous and a welcome addition to the community) it is using absolute paths. I've tried vairous settings but cannot get the editor to produce relative URLs.

This is important if you are in a development/staging environment and you want to push to a production server. Or if you have a domain name change. Anybody figure this out yet?Submit

Thanks Alex. I tried to bark up the Telerik tree but they said it was a DNN issue.

I have a fix.

Go to this file <root>/providers/htmleditorproviders/telerik/dialogs/linkmanager.ascx.

On line 49, replace
linkUrlTextBox.value = obj.get_value();

with

var url = obj.get_value();
var remove = window.location.protocol + "//" + window.location.host;
linkUrlTextBox.value = url.replace(remove, "");

I have double quotes in that script above that should be single quotes. The double quotes will cause issues in FF
