I was a long standing customer for 6 years at  Webhost4life.com. I decided to use Webhost4Life based on this forums suggestion. They  deleted my account eventhough my aniversry was not up.  I have no I idea why and they can't explain it to me either. Very poor customer relations. If you are looking for a host, careful with webhost4life. They will mess your stuff up!

David, unfortunately WH4L has been having a number of issues (based on my personal opinion formed from various forum and blog posts I've read).

This does just go to show people that you should always have your own backup solution in place, just in case your host does something like this.

Is there a free module a host can install which users can use to backup and restore everything about their portals?
