hi, i would like to create several pages with the announcements module in every page, so i can place the news for categorie, but i would like to place in the home page a module that shows the latest announcements of all the pages.
how can i do this ?

Theres a Whats New module here http://dnnwhatsnew.codeplex.com/Sourc... that you could build and install.  Announcements module itself doesnt do this.

Luca,

I had to do a similar display on the main page ... I displayed just the announce titles and posted date.  I used a SQL Select something like 

    select CreatedDate, title 
    from dbo.announcements 
    where ModuleID in (597, 694) 
    and ((expireDate is null) or (getdate() < ExpireDate))

The moduleIDs of 597 and 694 are specific to my site, you will need to substitute the appropriate moduleIDs.  Also the database owner and object qualifier my need to be changed base on your specfic site.

I used my SQLGridSelectedView model to display the data returned, but I believe the reports module could do the same.
