I'm new to DNN. I've done a little bit of basic website building in the past using html and dreamweaver. After talking with people who know a lot more about website building than I do they suggested that DNN is what I need for my next project.

For this project I'm wanting to set up a website that has the ability to do the following:

1. Sell books.
     a. This will probably be linked thru Paypal, but I'm open to suggestions.
     b. Easily update book list by non-admin person.

3. Sell subscriptions to quarterly magazine.
     a. This will probably be linked thru Paypal, but I'm open to suggestions.

4. Have data base of past magazines and allow purchases of past issues.
     a. This will probably be linked thru Paypal, etc.
     b. Easily update past issue list by non-admin person.

5. Have a world map showing countries/states.
    a. Once you click on a country/state it would show an appropriate photo of that country/state w/ description.

I'm open to any and all suggestions, and I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions. I already have a url purchased, I have DNN installed and ready to go, but not sure what modules would be best for me to use.

Thanks in advance,
Q-Kid

check out any 3rd party store solution, there are free ones like NB_Store (nbstore.codeplex.com/) and paid ones like catalook (www.catalook.com). For other commercial store modules, check out snowcovered.com
