Just found as we have a client has a page name called Source & Install. Try to add the new page and the page can not be found. Seems the wording Install has a conflict or has been restricted access. This bugs seems to be appear on version 5.X except for the version 4.X as it still use the tabid to identify the page. I still believe there are some page name that cannot be put in. So the only solution I have is to put a redirection url on page settings and remove the page name. Hope this bugs will be fixed in future version. If some of you find a better way, please post the solution here..

the issue might be caused by human urls now being default, you can switch back by diabling the urlrewriter option in web.config.
