I installed the upgrade to the latest package and over wrote my 4.9 install. And I got the following error;

Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

I used the 5.4.1 upgrade (my bad in the thread title I put 5.3 I meant 5.4). I did however use the web.config file from the full 5.4.1 install package. I took that out, plugged in my mssql data and put that in my wwwroot folder then installed the upgrade. Should I have kept the old .config file from 4.9 and just installed the update over that?

Using the suggestion of another thread I simply installed the upgrade package over my current wwwroot folder without making any changes to the .config file or the like, however it get about 5 sec into the upgrade and I get this error, any help appreciated;
