I recently upgraded a DNN 5.3.1 website to DNN 5.4.1, the upgrade process went smooth; no errors with everything showing a success.  After returning to my website after the upgrade processs, I noticed that every link that I click on to navigate around in the website has quite working when debugging the website on my localhost.  Instead of getting directed to the requested page, I get directed to a "Page cannot be found".

When I click on some of the links, I noticed that it is dropping the port number after the localhost, and when I re-insert the port number some pages will show up.  This wasn't a problem until the upgrade so I am not sure what happened.  Even when I click on the default DNN login button, the website is unable to find that page.  I have to manually enter the url http://localhost:6531/Login.aspx to get to the Login page, and even then after clicking submit, instead of redirecting to the home page I get redirected to a "Page cannot be found".
