I'm having trouble editing my profile information on this site.
I click on my username [in the upper right] and it takes me to 'My Profile'.
Then I click on 'Edit Profile'
When I click on the 'Manage Profile' it takes me back to the 'My Profile', not to the page with my information.

Is this just me?

No, I have this problem too.
It probably results from latests upgrade.

Friends, you won't believe how happy i'm about your postings......i'm not the only one having this prob.

Even worse is having a faulty signature, which will scramble the view of all your threads in the forum so you cannot read or even answer a single posting.

But you cannot edit your signature as "Manage Profile" is not working....

Sorry to be sarcastic: there are some differences between "should" and "is".

Honestly: nope, i still cannot access the area Manage Profile, still the same, a jump back to My Profile.
