it looks like you are using a 2rd party module which is using Telerik controls. Check with the developer/vendor for upgrades, if not available, you need to add side by side support in your web.config

I got the exact same error, with no third party modules installed.  I resolved it by uploading the telerik dll from the 5.4.0 upgrade package, which is not in the 5.4.1 upgrade package and which is a newer version than the one in the 5.3.x packages.

I was having the same error going from 4.9.5 to 5.4.2 but i followed what Lokheed said. That worked for me.
