Is there a way to search by whole words only? When I want to search for 'GAC', I don't want to get results which include the word 'legacy'?

Also when I put a keyword between double quotes, the result never returns anything even though I know it should. So basically I can't find a way to return by exact keyword only.

In order to do what you are suggesting, I would have to basically build an indexing system for the module. Without it, I would be required to use FullTextIndexing on the columns I wanted to support this type of thing on, which is not something I am permitted to do as this has a high performance impact that would be difficult for shared hosting providers to handle.
