In web.config I increased the values to allow large file uploads: <httpRuntime useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="true" maxRequestLength="81920" requestLengthDiskThreshold="81920" executionTimeout="7200" />; however, Telerik editor shows "Max file size allowed: 04.00 MB" in Document Manager and Image Manager. I did try a file a bit bigger than 4MB and it didn't allow it. Where can I change the max file size limit for the Telerik Editor plz?

If there's really no way to change the max file size setting, can this be considered a bug so I report it in Gemini?? (though it's more related to Telerik not DNN I guess)

You can control the upload siizes using the Telerik configuration file.  This file is located at "\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Telerik\Config".  You should make a copy of the ConfigDefault.xml file and then update your provider configuration to point to your new settings (shown below).  This ensures that you won't lose your settings during an upgrade.

<add name="TelerikEditorProvider"
     type="DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.TelerikEditorProvider.EditorProvider, DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.TelerikEditorProvider"
     providerPath="~/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Telerik/"
     toolsFile="~/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Telerik/Config/ToolsDefault.xml"
     configFile="~/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Telerik/Config/MyCustomConfig.xml"
     FilterHostExtensions="True" />
