We are facing firmatting issue with the FCKeditor used in forum module.

When we use numbered/ bullete list, numberes and bulletes will disappear in the post (after submitting the post and in preview)

We are using Forum Module version 4.4.3 and it uses FCKeditor version 2.0.3.1

ex:

Numbered list

  1. Number 1
  2. Number 2
  3. Number 3

Bulleted list

  • Bullete 1
  • Bullete 2

This text will be shown as

Numbered list
Number 1
Number 2
Number 3
Bulleted list
Bullete 1
Bullete 2

Please help!

thanks in advance.

check the source code of the generated page, I assume there is still < ul > < li > etc included, however the display of the itemlist seems to be overridden. Use developer toolbar (Press F12 in IE8) to identify CSS settings per html element and the file they derive from.
