is it posible to show just some columns in grid view but when row is clicked, users can see ALL info? I figured it was just by setting it to not visible, but it doesn't show it, just for admins.

you mad display the records using custom XSL, generated by integrated XSL generator (switch rendering in "manage Table" to get the link displayed to the generator).

Thanx. It worked great with the predefined XLS. Now I just need to know how to make the detail links open in a new window.

You can modify the XSL as you like (however I don't recommend to use the predefined stylesheets as starting place.)
