All,

I am the President of a non-profit organization & 2 years ago we started using a DNN for our web site. Everything has been great & the platform really works well for us.

Here is the issue:

Today our site went down with the following error:

Error Details

File Error:   Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.EventLog'.'IX_EventLog' in database 'gaaspo' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

I am very computer literate & understand that I need to clear out a database somewhere on the server but I:

#1 Dont know what file to look for.

#2 Dont know what program I need to clear out the database file.

If anyone can be of assistance I would greatly appreciate it. Our association serves over 3000 families in our community & they cannot get the information they need.

Like I said I am very computer literate so if you tell me how to do the job & what program I need to do it, I should be good to go.
