Hi,

I am pretty new to dotnetnuke. I have downloaded my dotnetnuke website and set it up on localhost. I did not make the website.

The website has a Login link at the bottom of the page which redirects to the Login page.

Once I login I can browse to other pages and make them SSL enabled. But the link changes to logout and after login. how do I access the login page to make it SSL Enabled?

How do I make Enable SSL for the Login Page; for other pages there is a check box but for login page there is none?

I have never used SSL feature ever. I want that the Login should be secured.

I have not setup the website in visual studio so please let me know if I can make some change in the database or using the editor?

Thanks.

check site settings, whether a login page is specified - by default, only the login control is displayed (same tabid but "ctl=login" or "/ctl/login" shows up in the url) - in this case create a new page with SSL enabled, place Account Login module on it and specify it to be the login page in site settings.

Cheers from Germany,
