Clean installation from DotNetNuke_Community_05.04.02_Install.zip
Custom installation. SQL Server 2008 (UserId, Password), as db owner.
Database setup failed with the following log:

Please look in your site's folder \Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider for a log file named 05.04.02.log which should give more details as to the cause of the error. If the error is not obvious, please post from this log file the relevant error(s) and script(s) causing the error for us to examine.

Just FYI.

After all, I have started another clean install, setup ConnectionString manually in web.config,
and ran
/Install/Install.aspx?mode=install
(which is like "Auto" install). This time everything was created as expected.
