Here is more information from the Dashboard.
liv1002001074179 95.63 Mb DATA c:\...\DATA\mydomain.mdf
liv1002001074179_log 4.24 Mb LOG c:\...\DATA\mydomain.ldf
ftrow_liv1002001074179 1.00 Mb UNKNOWN c:\...\DATA\mydomain.ndf

I don't see how my *.ldf is the problem.....
Something keeps causing my Forums module to throw exceptions.
Provider says they see no issues related to the DB server. I have other accounts on the same DB server and do not have this problem.
Is there any other information I can provide to help figure this out?

Well the database size definitely doesn't look to be a problem there. Are you able to test this site out with an upgrade? Get it up to DNN 5.4.2 and see if the issue still persists?
