Can anyone tell me what this error is? I am getting random occurrences of this listed as an EVENT FAILURE then immediately after a GENERAL EXCEPTION FAILURE error with similar info.

This is a known issue that effects some hosting environments, mine included. From looking in Gemini I believe it is fixed in the forthcoming 5.4.3 release that we might see next week.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Is it causing any problems that I am not aware of?

I don't know of any except for a ton of errors in the DB, it might be effecting performance a little bit, but I haven't seen anything that shows up negatively to anyone browsing or using the site.
