How to config skin for Login , Terms and other subpages ?

also (as off-topic) ... I really need someone to explain me some basic things or some easy manual , where can I find this stuff ...
For example I've got some slide-bar inside one of free skins but how to config content of it ... really no idea :(

By default if user clicks to "Login" link, the same page will displayed with Acount Login module injected and you can't change in this case properties for this page. But you can set Login page in Admin -> Site Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Page Management . It will be a normal dnn page for which you can change settings whicn you want.
