Dear all,

I'm having a really difficult issue getting SSL to work on my site.

* Everytime I go to my site and type https://mysite.com it redirects to http://mysite.com, even though the portal alias has https in it and there are no links pointing to a default http version.
* I tried using the SSL settings in Admin > Portal Settings > SSS Settings, but when I do, I get an error saying that the page cannot resolve (I am then forced to change it back in the DB).
* I've been told that I have to bind the SSL in the IIS, but when I contacted our IT team, they said that this is done via the netscaler only.

I've hit a big bump. I don't have the necessary tech skill to argue with the IT section yet the SSL does not work.

Can anyone please help?

Many thanks,
