What I did was use the back up of the website I had stored, I started with the BIN folder , once I re uploaded the .DLL's from the backup to the production server the site came back online. I went to the event log and this is what it shows, if anyone can give me any info regarding this event it would be grateful

there seems to be an issue with an unregognized crawler on your site. it might help upgrading to 4.9.5, otherwise you either need to block the spider or try an upgrade to DNN 5
