Hi all,

I have install the Form and List Module in my local install, but in the module definition page in the In Use column written as No and the module is not showing in the module dropdown, please let me know what could be the error, how can I install it successfully.

go to Extensions in ADMIN menu, select Form and List and enable Publish permission

Now the module is working, But I have one more query, can we reduce the size of the text boxes and other fields, please let me know how can we do this.,

You can set the css style (and therefore also the width) of each field.

True, but only for text columns, not other types.
